Company Background

U.S. Mechanical’s foundation was laid in 1963 with the organization of Bylund Plumbing and Heating. Since that time, the Bylund family has continuously been in the mechanical contracting industry. The U.S. Mechanical name was adopted 25 years ago, and continues to represent our company owners and employees. We pursue projects in the Intermountain and Southwest regions via hard bid, design build, CMAR, and cost plus. We employ journeyman and apprentice plumbers, journeyman and apprentice sheet metal installers, pipefitters, welders, and administrative staff. We are confident that our employee pool is second to none, and that we can provide employees with experience and abilities that match the needs of your projects.

U.S. Mechanical currently has offices in Pleasant Grove, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. U.S. Mechanical also controls Snyder Mechanical under its umbrella. Snyder Mechanical is in Elko, Nevada, and predominately serves the mining industry in the northern Nevada area. U.S. Mechanical is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We are licensed in the states of Nevada, Utah, Arizona, California, and Wyoming.

Over 55 years of project experience, we have built an undeniable reputation. We have been fortunate to work on some very successful projects. This has enabled us to build a reputation and history with our many business associates. In turn, U.S. Mechanical's current bonding capacity for a single project is $25,000,000, while its aggregate limit has reached $55,000,000.
